Conference registration cancelled before September 15, 2023 will receive a full refund.
Yes. GCEC Leadership Circle members as well as event sponsors are able to exhibit at the conference. Please contact Anricka Ziller at anricka.ziller@utdallas.edu for more info on sponsorship opportunities.
The preferred dress code for our events is business/smart casual. Some guests like to dress up for the evening portions of the conference.
All proposals are due in May.
You will receive a confirmation email after registering online for the conference. There is no need to present this email for entry to the conference, as the event check-in desk will have your registration details on file. Please do be prepared to show a government-issued photo ID, as only the person registered will be given their conference name badge and event packet.
Your registration packet will be available for pickup at the conference/event registration desk. Only the registered attendee may pick up their registration packet.
Once registered for the conference your contact information will be added to our email distribution list. Important conference details will be communicated through the email you provide us.
